What a brilliant show - the actors are brilliant, and the above reviwer must be either deviod of any sense of humour or maybe just barely alive....

It might have won awards and it might be a spoof radio call in show, but Down the Line is the unfunniest thing to be broadcast on Radio 4 since the network started You & Yours. And since it is a spoof radio show, the one thing that you cannot actually do is call in and tell them how dreadfully unfunny they actually are. Of course, you can do that with the BBC, but since it won awards they will not be listening to your opinion. And not listening is exactly what you should not be doing with steaming pile of dross... On second thoughts the sounds made by a steaming pile of dross would be funnier...
