Philip Norman's SHOUT! is the original definitive work on the Fab Four - brilliantly written, encapsulating an era, and reflecting close personal working relationships with each of the protagonists.

Honestly one of the best books I've ever read. I am a big beatles fan and thoroughly enjoyed reading such a well researched and well written history of the group.

However even if you've not heard much of the bands material or aren't a fan I would still reccomend it as its a thorough education of the most influential band that has ever existed.

 Superb

This is a tremendous book.Very revealing and gives a side to the beatles many may not have heard of.It shows what a brilliant but at times tragic and sad journey they had.
