Written for all ages, this story takes less than an hour to read, but its unique insights can last for a lifetime. "Who Moved My Cheese?" is a simple parable that reveals profound truths. It is an amusing and enlightening story of four characters who live in a maze and look for cheese to nourish them and make them happy. Cheese is a metaphor for what you want to have in your life - whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money or a possession, health or spiritual peace of mind. And the maze is where you look for what you want - the organization you work for in, or the family or community you live in. This profound book from bestselling author, Dr. Spencer Johnson will show you how to: anticipate change; adapt to change quickly; enjoy change; and, be ready to change quickly, again and again. Discover the secret for yourself and learn how to deal with change so that you suffer less stress and enjoy more success in your work and in life.

Management books, tend to centre around concepts of what happens in the office. Perhaps the brilliance of this book is that it is some versitile that it can be a model for all elements of life and the message is so simple. This really is one of those books that you want all of your friends and colleagues to have read, as it is simply inspirational.

 Inspirational

Takes no time at all to read, and is easy to read - like a fun kids book, yet gives you lots to think about, whatever aspect of your life you relate it to. Well worth the read (and the pennies) and will almost certainly improve your outlook to change/life. I feel more positive in life for reading it. I will be recomending it to all my friends, colleagues and family.

 Inspiring Parable

Was recommended this book and like most self help books I approached it with a degree of scepticism. I found it engrossing and very interesting and although I wouldn't go so far to say it changed my life, it certainly made me think about certain aspects of it.

It doesn't matter what walk of life you come from some part of this parable will apply to you. It's one of those situations where you have nothing to lose by reading it except a short amount of time but this is outweighed by the inspiration you may gain.
