war and the paradoxes it comprises are wonderfully depicted in this story; it constantly puts you in a position to think 'huh, but what about....?'.
well written, funny stories, great characters, .... indeed: truly a cult novel (if you're not into reading, you could watch the movie: also very good but no so clever as the novel)
make sure you check this one out.
