Comment: This book is in good or better condition. It has no tears to the pages and no pages will be missing from the book. The spine of the book is still in great condition and the front cover is generally unmarked. It has signs of previous use but overall is in really nice, tight condition. Shipping is normally same day from our UK warehouse. We offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.

Popular ideas about happiness are misleading, inaccurate, and are directly contributing to our epidemic of stress, anxiety and depression. And unfortunately, popular psychological approaches are making it even worse. This book provides scientifically proven techniques to reduce stress and worry, and rise above fear, doubt and insecurity.

an approachable, user-friendly introduction to ACT. Well written, comprehensive and includes practical exercises with links to worksheets on the web. I've recently undergone 6 months of therapy which included aspects of ACT methodology - found it much more 'real' than CBT.
