spot on - but hard work

if you're willing to put in some hard work of really observing people this is the book for you, excellent tips & tricks on how to read people and look for cues that they can't hide
one tip before you start reading: observe yourself and how you react to certain situations (when somebody superior to you asks you a question you can't answer, how you stand in an elevator,...)

He knows what he is talking about)
