As a big fan of Michael Connellys Bosch Series, and his stand alone books, i was looking forward to reading The Lincoln Lawyer after all the hype going around saying that its the Authors best work to date.
In the last 2/3 years ive become addicted to crime/thriller novels, and in that time have probably read 150/200 books. If i had to rank them, in some kind of top ten. The Lincoln Lawyer would be my Number one book. Its simply brilliant. The characterization and sense of LA is spot on as always with Mr Connelly. I would go as far to say this is the best book ive read. If you havent already, buy it.. and read it.

You have to READ this book :)

Most definitely the best book I've read in years. I've only started getting back into reading over the last year. Getting into Simon Kernick's novels and Michael Connelly's. But by far this is an amazing novel and author. You can't put the book down it's that good. I don't think the film was as good but it done it some good. Go out and buy this book, you'll become a fan instantly
