 Too much theory, not enough recipes or meal plans

There's a bit too much theory in this book. I would have preferred her to get straight to meal plans or recipe ideas. What would have been particularly helpful is if she'd matched meal plans with her various videos e.g. 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones (with a plan for each of the zones).
