For anyone with food intolerances or allergies it is a great resource. The author has a good philosophy in her approach to diet and food, and it makes sense! The recipes use readily available ingredients and are easy to follow. Lots of tasty food and plenty of variety. I will definitely buy her first "Cooking Without" book.
