I've been doing this for a week now and have lost 6lb!!!
I did the attack phase for 2 days and lost 2.5 pounds and carried on to lose 3.5 during the cruise stage.
You must follow it exactly or it won't work, which includes compulsory exercise and drinking lots of water. If that doesn't appeal to you ......Don't buy the book. On the other hand, if you're up for a bit of exercise and are prepared to play by the rules.....Go for it!!!!
IT WILL WORK
this book is a must have if u want to loose weight effectively and keep it off. I never had much willpower before but somehow by reading and following this diet i managed to gain some. I lost a stone in 2 weeks!!! yes really! stopped it for a bit to attend a party so i could have a drink but only gained a few pounds. Im now back on the diet and am finding it much easier to adapt to since following it once before. So far i have persuaded quite a few of my friends and family to purchase it and they are seeing results quicker than they thought. Its a very well written book which is full of encouragement and makes you feel very empowered!! 5***** Definatley!!!!
