The 264 pages of photographs are arranged into 17 colour-coded sections: Biscuits & Crackers, Bread, Breakfast, Cakes & Bakery Items, Desserts, Drinks, Eggs & Cheese, Fruit, Meals, Meal Accompaniments, Meat, Chicken & Fish, Potatoes, Rice, Pasta & Grains, Sauces & Spreads, Snacks & Confectionery, Take-away Food, and Vegetables & Pulses. There are up to 6 different portion photos for each food, with their corresponding carbohydrate, calorie, protein and fat values displayed above each photo. This provides users with an easy comparison to the food on their plate and a helpful guide to the carbohydrate, calories, protein and fat they are consuming.
