2 Could have been better!!!!!bigsia | 31/07/2007 | See all bigsia's reviews (25)I have read his other books and knew that this was a guy who was very fit, so i thought i would give it a go and buy this one; wish i hadn't bothered!!!!!!all he is telling you is common sense eat healthy, and do very basic exercise's, he doesn't agree that you need fancy powder's etc, but theres a meal plan in it which suggest's 3 protein shakes a day!!!!! the few, and i do mean FEW photographs that are in it are black and white and of a very poor quality. this is a book which could be a hundred time's better, like i said he's telling you to do basic exercise's sit ups, squats, press up's etc i would save my money with this one!!!!!
