A fantastic book. Especially good if it's your first pregnancy as it explains everything in detail right from the very beginning. It has lots of medical advice, dietary advice and health advice. It covers your pregnancy week by week and tells you how your baby is developing and even has a photograph for each week. In my opinion, you won't need another book so if you're not big on reading loads then this one covers pretty much everything.
Got this book when I first found out I was pregnant and didn't need to buy any others! It's quite a big book but I used it for reference rather than reading it the whole way through. The pregnancy stages section was most useful and it even has a section for the father to be. I found I was picking up this book all the way through my pregnancy and always found the answers to questions on my mind at the time, and no doubt I'll be using it again for the next baby. I would reccomend it to all mum's to be.
The only book you will need, my other half read the fathers to be section the day we got it which was surprising as he has the attention span of a knat. Going to enjoy reading the rest of it myself it is a very helpful and informative book as we are expecting our first baby later this year.
