This really is an excellent book on the subject. It deals very specifically with stress-related overload depression, though I think there are some very applicable aspects for general reading on depression, regardless of apparent cause.
Can be rapidly read and absorbed, and poses some interesting questions. Recovery - are you likely to replapse? Can you provide a good answer to 3 key questions that are a good indicator as to whether you will?
I won't steal the book's thunder, but this is thought-provoking stuff.
