I can say, from my experience, it's works. I have done just two exercises, listened to the CD and read the book and I teached myself how to relax and not to worry about things. My understanding and dealing with the stress changed diametrically. The book and the Cd helped me a lot, thanks to the author!
Having two young children, dog and a job that requires me to work at home I found myself always getting stressed about the smallest things but mainly turned to cigarettes to ease this stress. Having given up smoking I knew I would only succeed if I controled my stress levels and decided to get this book before I went to the doctors. After two weeks of listening to the CD and reading the book for twenty mins each night I am a changed person and see things in a complete different light. The cd is great and the book is really interesting and when you read it you can actually feel yourself feeling more in control of your stress levels. For me I have had no reason to crave for a cigarette, have remained calm and in control of situations where I would of experienced high levels of stress and anger and have also never slept as good as I have since reading this book. Paul... you are the man.
