A fantastic book, a great follow-up to Rinzler's "The Making Of Star Wars".
This tells the whole story from early screenplays to its release, including the origins of the creatures and vehicles, the development of Boba Fett (originally designed as one of many "super stormtroopers"), the difficulties on-set and the secrecy behind THE plot twist.
Filled with hundreds of sketches, on-set photos and copies of production notes, plus never-before seen interview transcripts from all the major players both in front of the camera and behind, this will take any Star Wars fan further behind the scenes of the movie than they've ever been in other books written on the making of "Empire".
A book to lose yourself in, worth the 30 pounds cover price. Compulsory reading.
