I've had my copy of Fragrant Pharmacy for years and I refer to it all the time. It's a brilliant reference telling you which essential oils can be used to treat just about every minor ailment you could suffer from! It's very practical and useable and in no-way new-age or 'woo-woo'.
Great reference book to have.
