There are only two books I've ever bought multiple copies of because I kept giving them away, and this is one of them. It is the single best 'baby prep' book I laid my hands on - and I read far too much in my first pregnancy! I laughed so hard I cried, and it reminded me that kids are meant to be fun. She makes things so much simpler and totally defuses a lot of the inadequate parent guilt that seems to kick about. Really easy to read and understand, even when sleep-deprived, and full of useful tips and anecdotes. Even dear husband found it amusing when I read bits out to him...
