Six months ago I didnt think that this would work, especially after listening to the cd (i couldnt even concentrate on her voice) but it did. i read once, listened twice (like i said i couldnt concentrate) and i haven't touched a fag since. I would advise taking the pressure off quitting by stopping half way through the day and half way during the week. my theory is we stress ourselves out too much by quitting first thing monday morning and feel like we have failed by 10 a.m.
I needed the breathing exercises for the first few days but i still use them now to calm myself. i also spent the first 2 months walking around telling everyone how proud i was of myself (it's all in the cd lol) But i have felt no cravings, not even in the old social scene at parties and pubs. In the first weeks the smell of smoke was interesting but i didnt want one, now it just stinks.
