Its true it does really work, Ive learned to control my cravings and to stop eating when im full, in the 1st week I lost 3lbs and am still loosing weight as i continue to follow the 3 golden rules. I feel great and haven't had to give up some of my favourite food. A recommended read.
If you can get over the American corny style of the CD, it's worth a go. However, the first 3 days I listened to it I felt dizzy and nausious after and for 1 & 1/2 weeks I had headaches. After that it was quite relaxing, although I never felt 'refreshed'.
The 4 golden rules are simple, but effective to live by and worth trying as a long term plan.
First 3 weeks I lost 2lb, since then nothing, so that's 2lb in 6 weeks, although I'm only trying to shift 3/4 stone ideally and that may happen over a long period of time with this. It is hard work too though, you have to really think about food, but not in an obssessive way and only at meal times instead of all the time.
If you want a long term plan to keep your weight in check, then this is definately a sound way to do it. The book sets the idea's down simply and sensibly and if that's what you want, then give it a go.
As a long term plan, there's no way to know yet, but it all makes too much sense not to work - that's if you manage not to slip off the wagon!
JUST BE AWARE, THERE IS NO QUICK FIX HERE!
I read this book over a year ago and within the first two weeks I went from a 10 to a size 8. Everything Paul says is completely true, and really makes sense for example the way natuarally thin people eat. I have never used the cd and have had times where I have fell off the wagon and put the pounds back on but each time I just re read the book and go back to following the four golden rules. The only thing you need to make this plan work is the real desire to lose weight, the rest is easy!
