This fabulous book leaves you feeling happy, contented with your lot, and most of all,....relieved that its absolutely OKAY to be you!! I dont deal well with stress and this book cuts straight to the point in ways everyone can identify with, so you find yourself coping with the everyday issues in ways you never imagined possible. Such a simple philosophy that is both modern and hugely relevant - you laugh out loud when you start saying "F**k it" under your breath but it works!! The author encourages you to just let it all go, and I am a BIG control freak, but it is such a relief to do just that! And I never thought that I would think that way....A brilliant read that might just change the way you approach life. Cant recommend it enough. :-)
