A debunking of some of the myths chucked around by many self-help tomes, based on scientific research. Also recommends what does seem to work from research too.
Interesting read.

You may also like to check out the book Help! by Oliver Burkeman which has similar themes and coverage, so between them, they have it sussed.

got this book when it first came out. got really into it at first, but then I thought it became rather uninteresting and somewhat repetitive.
