Like all good popular science, this book is easy to understand for the lay reader while still interesting to those with a scientific background. It exposes the flaws in science reporting, and helps the reader develop a skeptical view of what is written in the media about science and medicine.
This is such a refreshing read..
If you're a big Omega 3 fan like I, you'll probably soon get a differen't look on things after reading this. Like every product out there, there are lies and facts mixed together to fool even the not so critical thinking nurses and doctors out there. Even if I had begun to become aware of these things, this book really made a difference.
