These books completely capture the dark fantasy genre for me. As much as I dislike comparing two great series in their own right. Sookie really is the genre's more grown up Bella.
If I am honest I have only started watching True Blood over the past few months, I can't understand why I haven't sooner I'm now hooked. Because of this I decided to purchase the box set of books and found The Works to be the cheapest. I can't be more happier with the service I have received, they were dispatched under 24 hours and received them the following day. They arrived in excellent condition the box that they came in had bubble wrap so they wouldn't move around and get scratched during transportation. I can't wait to start reading them and want to thank The Works and of course Play for there excellent service. Delivery is also free which is excellent. I will definitely be purchasing from them both again and would highly recommend them to anyone
The whole series, bar the latest & plus 5 short stories. Wonderful characters, exciting plots, fast-paced & funny. Charlaine Harris's Southern Vampire series is wonderful.
I read all these books back to back and was really disappointed to finish the box. Totally addictive and an absolute bargain. Just finished the 10th book and off to get number 11. Highly recommended.
These books are incredibly and wonderfully addictive. The author keeps up the level of excitement book after book, I couldn't put them down.
I ordered Dead in the Family and pre-ordered Dead Reckoning and can only hope Charline Harris continues writing these amazing stories.
