'His hand closed automatically around the fake Horcrux, but in spite of everything, in spite of the dark and twisting path he saw stretching ahead for himself, in spite of the final meeting with Voldemort he knew must come, whether in a month, in a year, or in ten, he felt his heart lift at the thought that there was still one last golden day of peace left to enjoy with Ron and Hermione.' With these words "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" draws to a close. And here in this seventh and final book, Harry Potter discovers what fate truly has in store for him after the moments of calm as he inextricably makes his way to that final meeting with Voldemort. In this thrilling climax of the phenomenal bestselling series, J.K. Rowling will reveal answers to the many questions that her readers have been so eagerly waiting for.

Brilliant, Play delivered on day of release which was a great surprise. The book itself was great, a fantastic last story to a great series. JK really takes you through the mill with twists and turns, emotional, witty, scary and heart warming, a brilliant way to close just a shame that it has all finished really!

Absolutely amazing! Deathly Hallows definitely finished the series on a high, it is sad(i cried several times reading it) ,exciting and the ending was definitely unexpected. My only complaint was the last chapter, it finished rather abruptly. I'm off to re-read it again, I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are a potter fan or not.

To say I was in anyway disappointed in this book would be a grievous and totally ludicrous lie! It was Brilliant!
Plonking myself down on the bed the first morning it came out I prepared for all sorts of emotions, 11 hours later reading the last sentence I felt fully satisfied all my hunger for a good book had been sedated!
J.K Rowling has now tied up lose ends so neatly and given her best at trying her hand at an ending. Admittedly, Harry Potter readers don't want to see this series go, so any ending will never be sufficient and I'm sure she knew this!
My heart full thanks to J.K for a brilliant tale and masterful command of the English language, where her imagination has once again flown from pages of sheer indulgence!
