There was an eighth son of an eighth son. He was, quite naturally, a wizard. And there it should have ended. However (for reasons we'd better not go into), he had seven sons. And then he had an eighth son - a wizard squared, a source of magic, a Sourcerer.

 Magic is trouble

| | See all Donkeymonkey's reviews (62)

Is magic really what is cracked up to be? For an eighth son of an eighth son it should be a sinch. Rincewind however has only started the journey that will get him into more trouble than he recons for. And then there is the luggage following him at his heels all the time. He must get rid of it..

Hilareous book for all ages!!
