 Best insight into cycling available

I was excited when I heard this book was coming out, and I wasn't dissappointed in anyway reading the completed text.
I am a sports biography addict and honestly thought that after reading Paul Kimmage- Rough Ride, there would never be a more insightful and open book available. It is a story which you can see and believe throughout and one which you daren't put down (eventhough you know the ending) for fear of missing something. I read this book in a week which for me has never happened and the only down side was that it made me late for work every morning as I couldnt put it down after finishng my morning americano.
I never thought it possible to understand the thought pattern of a 'doper' in sport but David manages to explain it without looking for sympathy or making excuses.
He is the perfect example to follow, for all those who have done wrong and are looking to put things right. A great read, well written and totally different from alot of the sports text available.

the review above says it all. astonishing book and so addictive i got the bus to work so i could read in peace and quiet (minus the school kids).
