Well what needs to be said about this book? It is a Larousse, so as one might expect, packed with information. I have lived in France for some 15 years, growing up there, with the Wine culture and I can tell you that this book is complete, consice and has some very useful tips. The descriptions of the wine are very well written, and the serving suggestions are also brilliant. I strongly recommend this book for any wine and/or cooking enthusiast.
