This book is fantastic; I read this book when I was going through a truly awful time with my relationship with my partner and also with myself and whilst my partner and I were on a break, lent the book to him after reading it; it gave us hope even when things seemed at their worst and even though it was not a miracle worker, it helped and comforted me throughout.
