Hard Girls | Paperback

I read this book a few months ago having received it as a gift. Having struggled through Martina's last few books ,I was pleasantly surprised to find I actually enjoyed this read. Martina had lost her way for a time (I could not get intoThe Take until I had watched the DVD.)However this book did not seem to be so repetative and drawn out as her last few efforts and I did feel empathy for the charactors once again.
However new girl on the block is Kimberely Chambers and whilst she is very much in the vein of Miss Cole, I find her easier and more enjoyable.
But now you seem to be back on form Martina,keep it up

I have read all Martina Cole's books and found this one so disappointing. I knew who the killer was very early on. IThe story was drawn out for too long.
This will not stop me reading Martina Cole's books in future tho.

Not as good as her past books i have read usually martini's books have me grippd from the begining but not this 1, cldnt get into the Business or Take gave them to my friend who really enjoyd them.

I did enjoy this book it was easy to read but for me she gave away the killer to quickly so I read the entire book getting annoyed at the characters for not realising who it was!!

I agree with the other reviewers,I too have read all her books but found this one to be a little hard going.
I will still continue to read her but there are other authors on her shoulder and vying for top spot
