I used them constantly for two weeks, using the recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I got them in such a state, I've had to buy her some replacements!What I love about this book is how simple the recipes are: aside from maybe one or two ingredients, such as sumaq and za'atar, almost every home kitchen cook will know what the ingredients are and can easily get them locally. I live in the Yorkshire countryside, so getting to a well stocked fine food shop or deli is not an option without considerable forward planning. This book, however, makes fantastic creative and colourful use of everyday veg, grains and pulses.Brilliant for dinner parties - make a great big plate to share and blow away your guests!
