I've been doing this for a week now and have lost 6lb!!!
I did the attack phase for 2 days and lost 2.5 pounds and carried on to lose 3.5 during the cruise stage.
You must follow it exactly or it won't work, which includes compulsory exercise and drinking lots of water. If that doesn't appeal to you ......Don't buy the book. On the other hand, if you're up for a bit of exercise and are prepared to play by the rules.....Go for it!!!!
