Jamie's 30-minute Meals | Hardback

This is Jamie on top form. Very easy to follow and some fantastic tips and ideas for quick dinners - liked the tip for quick berry ice-cream. I've made that a few times already. Tastes great and stupidly quick and easy to do! Brilliant practical cookbook.

i bought this book having watched some of the series and because I'm a busy working mum with a young child. I thought it would be great to knock up some of these recipes. The recipes are really good and very quick and easy to do. The chicken pie is yummy and went down very well with my family. I would recommend this book.

This is a lovely and easy book to follow, great pics, and the meals can be changed around. I can't believe the bad press and people that have been saying its taking them about an hour, I'm not a chef, but I get everything ready beforehand, as Jamie keeps saying, maybe if you are not a very experienced cook then this may not be the book for you, but I have completed them in the 30mins, hardly any chopping involved, but if there is then use the processor!

The only thing I would hold back on is the amount of chillis which seem to be in nearly every recipe.

Such an easy to follow, basic book. Great for those comfy in a kitchen or those who aren't so sure... I find some of the recipes are now household faves. Great book!

Just had this book bought for me and so, so far only made 1 recipe - the Jools Pasta - as i don't have a lot of the equipment Jamie uses in his kitchen i have obviously improvised and chopped by hand when he has used the processor. However, getting everything ready beforehand helped and it wasn't that much over 30 minutes that the meal was ready. It really is step by step and easy to follow and without being 'patronizing' too. A great book with loads of great meals that you can swap and change to suit yourself.
