After a lifetime of dieting I have finally found one that truly works. I have slipped up on occasion but it is easy to go back to. ! started losing weight last year by trying to eat healthily and exercise. I lost 2stone in a year and then stuck. Since following the Dukan I have lost another 18lbs and now have 2 stone to go but I am quite happy to do it. If it is good enough for Carole Middleton, then it is good enough for me!
Very good book and service was perfect, will do the business again.
