I bought her mat workout but couldnt stick to it, I got the book after my friend recommend it and i have stuck to this for 28 days and can see the results though i failed on the food part of the bootcamp but the workouts charge every 10 days so you dont get bored and people have commented that i'm losing weight. I highly recommend this
