In this book Bryan Lee O'Malley has created great characters, an unforgettable book series and an exceptional reputation for himself!
The thing this series does so well is that it produced so many consistently good books!
A joy to read and I will jump at the chance to read them again!!!
So the book is actually brilliant, and keeps up with the sheer brilliance of the rest of them. Mr O'Malley is one of a kind for humor.
But whilst the book is fantastic, the same cannot be said for play.
I pre-ordered this book and when it took over two weeks to get here i canceled and bought it somewhere else. TWO MONTHS later i receive the book after having canceled it, and after searching for how to return it and THAT not working I phone up the service line and they do nothing. So, in short, I'm annoyed and hoping that this may actually get there attention. If not, you've just lost a long time customer Play.com and I would think twice before ordering anything from them if I were you.
This could possibly be my favourite Scott Pilgrim book so far. I am so excited for the movie even more so now I've finished the books. If you haven't read the books then I suggest you do so before the film comes out this month!
