I read a lot of different books (about 2 a month) and this is the best I have read in a long time. I never realised just how much Lord Sugar has achieved during his career, it's a real rags to riches story. Also some excellent laugh out loud momments! Good selection of photos too. Excellent don't miss it.

  Good Book

I love watching the apprentice and i like lord sugars no nonsense straight to the point approach, i got his book for christmas and was intrigued to see how he became succesful. This book has everything from his childhood, family, businesses, football world, knighthood, becoming a lord and the apprentice. The bit i enjoyed most about this book was his time at spurs and the dealings with terry venables and george graham. i would recommend this book to anyone and at around 12 quid a bargain.

  and what i got was....

Probably one of the best books i have ever read, thoroughly enjoyed this book, couldn't put it down.
Tells of his life from a meagre background in Clacton, to the multi-millionaire he is now and how he got there, the wheeling and dealing, the dealing with the japanese, the friendships he has made and on to The Apprentice.
Would recommend this book to everyone

I'm not even half way through it yet, but this book is a great read about Sir Alan rise from a relatively poor family background to fortune and fame, but not without hard graft and spotting an opportunity when it arises!
