This book is completely different from Jennifer Worth's other work. Rather than focusing on a set period of time, the tales and anecdotes span the whole of her nursing career. The book is about death. How is was and how it is. But not in a morbid way, it's actually quite uplifting and explains how death shouldn't be feared. I found it a real eye - opener and it has caused me to think carefully about my views on the subject. The world might just be a better place if everyone thought like this woman.
