The Lucky One | Paperback

i really enjoyed reading this book, i'm not too keen on books that are so involved that it feels like they need to be studied to be fully understood, so this was great. unique story and makes much more sense than the film - the novel has more to it than the film. would recommend

I decided to give The Lucky One a try as I've also read The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks and thoroughly enjoyed it. This book is without a doubt one of the best books I've ever read (and I've read a lot of books). A definite must have for anyone who enjoys romantic novels with an equal balance of tragedy. Easy to get into and once you've started you won't be able to put it down!

absolutely amazing book was well written although i found that it skipped parts at times it was well detailed. i can not wait to see the film now with zac efron.

I read this while traveling in australia. At first it took me a few chapters to get into the book. Once i got into the book i could not put it down and read in within 5 days. I thought the story line was good and could image the story. I have not seen the film yet but will buy it when it comes out on dvd.

This book is a real page-turner, The characterization is strong and to the point with a lot of humour. "The Lucky One" takes Spark's authorship a bit further. The story is less dreamy and more realistic, even at times pragmatic - in spite of the belief in a lucky charm
