I can't recommend this enough, I wasn't sure what i was getting ordering this book, given the man, but what you are buying here is a simple clear honest mind set, motivation and a no excuses approach. What you find are simple exercises and routines that work, as well as some funny to odd advice. For the price it's a bargain.

Had to laugh at the guy who critisized the book for what it is, yes it tells you to do press ups and other stuff you can do at home but let's remember it's written buy a guy in a JAIL CELL.

The best part of this book is that it gives you ideas of routines for the work and the right mindset to persue it.

I swear by this book it is the unwritten gospel of strength. I don't look liike arnie but I can move stuff (my job is reasonably physical) people twice my size fail on. I'm 5 foot 7 and when their jaws smack the ground in disbelief I laugh inside my head and thank mr bronson for this book.

If you want hardcore strength get this book if you want to look like an action doll for the ladies get some steriods and hit the weights.

I love this book

  Great Book

I think this book is very good. I have used this book and continue to do so and have experienced first hand its effectiveness. It is not just a book on press ups, sit ups and squats, it is much more than that. Some of the exercises are ingenious, and can potentially provide unlimited resistance to some areas of the body. This book is perfect for anyone who wants to get fit and strong without leaving the house or spending money on equipment. There are over 40 exercises in this book, plus a one month routine. I must have doubled my strength overall using this book, and I have not finished improving yet. It is as effective as lifting weights as far as I am concerned. Plus it is a book that is useful to a wide audience. My mum also uses the book. His book offers sound advice on diet, from himself, and a power-lifting champion. Plus the book is an interesting read on its own. Sure the pictures are not the best quality, but it is less than £6, and the only equipment you need is a towel, and a chair.

I have read his other books and knew that this was a guy who was very fit, so i thought i would give it a go and buy this one; wish i hadn't bothered!!!!!!all he is telling you is common sense eat healthy, and do very basic exercise's, he doesn't agree that you need fancy powder's etc, but theres a meal plan in it which suggest's 3 protein shakes a day!!!!! the few, and i do mean FEW photographs that are in it are black and white and of a very poor quality. this is a book which could be a hundred time's better, like i said he's telling you to do basic exercise's sit ups, squats, press up's etc i would save my money with this one!!!!!
