I was given a bread machine for Christmas and thought this looked like the perfect book to start with, and I was not wrong.
It has recipes to be made by hand, some of which can be adapted to bread machines, plus all the bread machine recipes, sweet, savory, etc. Bread basics, everyday breads and rolls, speciality and festive breads, flat breads, quick breads, breadmaker recipes, gluten-free recipes and bread dishes!!!
The recipes I have tried up until now have been perfect and delicious, family and friends love them, they keep asking me to make them more bread.
I love this book!
