Bear Grylls is a man who has always sought the ultimate in adventure. As a teenager he found identity and purpose through both mountaineering and martial arts, which led the young adventurer to the foothills of the mighty Himalaya and a grandmaster's karate training camp in Japan. This title presents his portrait.

This book is fantastic. It's full of stories, some intense and gripping, others lighted humoured and funny! Bear really has done everything. This is a real page turner and I couldn't recommend it more. A nice easy read that keeps you wanting more!
