not a fan of the band but they tell stories about sex drugs and rock and roll that will have you laughing out loud - these boys know how to party! read it from cover to cover last year in two days and was sad to finish it!

This is one of the best books I have read in a long time, it goes from how they began to how they got famous to all the wildest rock n roll accounts that made Motley Crue who they are today. From Nikki Sixx almost dieing to Tommy Lee's women. A great price and u wont be disappointed.

  Utterly brilliant!

This is one of the best books I've ever read. Even though not a particular fan of the band, it is brilliantly written by Neil Strauss - unlike so many other autobiogs which are so over-written by the co-author, you really feel that the guys are telling their story in their own words. There are some real laugh-out-loud moments and anyone who describes Ozzy Osbourne as a "gentle minstrel" is a genius. Totally unputdownable and HIGHLY recommended.

I'm not even a fan of Motley Crue, so I'm not really sure why I decided to read it. But I'm glad I did, this is one of the best books I've ever read. I recommend to anyone, even if you don't like the band that much.

From the first page to the last, I couldn't put this book down. It took me 3 days to read and that's only because I had to force myself to eat and sleep!!
I was more of a fan to Nikki Sixx than Motley Crue but after reading this, learning about the other band members, they all have won my heart!!
I really enjoyed learning about the ups and downs of each individuals life as well as life as a band. The book made me feel as if I was involved and living the journey with them. It really is a must to read. I totally recommend it and I'm sure that even the biggest Motley Crue fan will become an even bigger one.

Enjoy your read!!!
