Girls Only! All About Periods and Growing-up Stuff | Paperback

"Girls Only" has introduced me to periods at the age of 10.
It is perfect for my age, and older.
It explained to me how babies worked, and what periods are.
When I had finished I really wanted to start it again.
My mum had said ask her anything about periods that I don't understand.
But I didn't need to because "Girls Only" had told me everything already!!!

I was worried about having my periods, but this book has calmed me down.

I would recommend any parent or guardian to buy this book for their growing up daughter, even preparing them for the changes in their life.... I'm telling evening one about the book! It wasn't scarey to read but touched on a lot of issues about growing up.

I brought this book for my nine year old who was just starting to ask questions regarding her body. She had heard things at school (confusing things!) and i thought it was time she learnt a bit more about the changes she will be experiencing. The book was brilliant. We had a chat about periods and body changes then i gave her the book to read and told her to ask me anything she wanted (which she did!!!). It is well written and is written at a young girls level. It explains everything. I would reccomend this book to all mums to hand on to their daughters. In , fact i am in the process of ordering one for my friend to give her daughter.
