After reading th first book I couldn't wait to start reading this one, and before I know it I was looking forward to going into Prisoner Of Azkaban! I couldn't put this down! It took me about a week purely because I had a very busy week, otherwise, I'd have had this book finished within a few days! I can't wait to get stuck into the next book! I just don't understand how J.K Rowling could come up with much more greatness to make 5 more books after this one! These books so far are simply genius!!

As J.K. Rowling's second book, for the harry potter series. It is really gripping, everything about it makes you want to know more, the character's, there lives, the story. It could almost be real, a secret wizard world where nobody has a clue. If you love the beginning of Harry Potter's adventure then make sure you read the next 5 books in the series, and see the film's.

  Another Piece of Magic.

The second in the series and it didn't disappoint. From flying cars and ghost's in toilet's to trees that come alive..it's another masterpiece from J.K Rowling. Buy it :-)

The sequel to the first is another thriller. No wnder J.K rowling does so will, with an imagination like hers we'd all get A stars in GCSE and A levels!!!

After reading the first book i couldn't wait until she brings out another book and found it very enjoyable.

  Uneventful Yet Undemanding

It is evidence enough that there are a variety of interesting qualities and overbearing faults within the book, but overall Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets is at best an average read that just prolongs a series that apparently becomes more evolved and 'dark'. The lack of detail used to create events and keep readers attention isn't used to great effect at times and the silly description though engulfs the Hogwarts world at times into a place of fun, to me just turns it into a place of mockery. Themes are used well to teach us more about social acceptance in our own culture but the lack of atmosphere fails to turn the book into something more thought provoking.

  second and just as good

After reading the first book in the series i went straight on to this one with great expectaions it to what will happen next to this unque boy and his small group of friends and alies. As i expected i was not disapionted by the strength of this story it has just enough of a recap over what is already know letting you step right back into the story before throwing you back into the thick of it. Finding salavas slitherings sanctuary, with in the walls of Hogwarts before some one dies or worse its closed and harry gets sent home to the dursleys. the race in on and becomes more personal as the book progress s and i for one had a great time reading this adventure. cant wait for the next one!
