It's a good read if you wish to drop meat and pultry for life but unfortunately it's basically meant for US readers. It did make me aware of stuff that either I didn't know or chose to ignore and has changed my views when it comes to food a lot in just 1 night (that's how long it took me to read it cover to cover).
It's good, really good and can really help you make up your mind about what you want to stuff yourself with but it won't do the job for you. Specially if you are living outside the US the book can only offer advice and open your eyes to facts but the rest is up to you.
I would recomend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, who has started a diet and just needs some extra motivation. You don't need to turn to a vegan to abide to most of the book's rules, you just need to know what these girls have to say in order to make more educated choices.
It helped me a lot and will probably help you too.
