Map-obsessed Thomas spends his days and nights on a virtual tour of the world through his computer screen, believing he must store the details of every town and city in his head. Then one day, while surfing a street view program, he sees something that shouldn't be there: a woman being murdered behind a window on a New York street. When Thomas tells his brother Ray what he has witnessed, Ray humours him with a half-hearted investigation - until he realises Thomas may have stumbled onto a deadly conspiracy, which puts them both in danger...With enough suspense to rival a Hitchcock film, this is a thriller with edge.

the story is good.the twists and turns are also really good.the thing that i liked the most is that this author writes something and then after some pages you realize there is a whole new meaning to what you read....real roller coaster keeps you guessing!the end actualy made me say out loud "what?????"BUT the reason i gave it 3 stars is the lack of character develpment.....i dont feel i know the people in the book and also he gave nearlly no descriptionof the way they look...it was all about the plot...and that made me say i will not read another book of his,,,well until tonight that i finished the book..i am not quite sure now....if he gave the characters some depth somnething so i can "see" them i would be much happier
