This book not only looks good but reignited my passion for homebaking! The recipies are easy to follow, and the photographs are absolutely fab. My cupcakes actually taste great . A nice personal touch by the author promoting the 'free range' egg industry/ quality chocolate. I suppose you could use cheaper alternatives but you know they just won't taste as good.
I plan to give this book as a gift- mothers day and the great screed of birthdays coming up. Job done!
