This book really helped me. It gives you sound advice and details what babies should be eating/drinking at different ages. How much they should be sleeping and what to do if they aren't following this pattern. It also has a quiz to help understand what type of baby you have and then how best to deal with this babies bad/good habits. I couldn't recommend this book enough for a first time mum.
