  An absolute must have for anyone that suffers from anxiety

I cannot praise this book enough, it is by far the best, most reassuring and informative book i have found on anxiety. It is very straightforward and simple in the way that it describes the symptoms and how to approach them. In my own experience i found that it took a lot of the fear i had of my symptons away which was a fantastic basis to go forward with. I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone.
